  • Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping Methods:
    • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. Delivery time is 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee is $12.95.
    • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery time is 15-25 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery Areas: We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas and parts of Asia.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Children Furniture Store. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process. Please review our policy below:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Children’s mattresses
  • Children’s pouffes
  • Children’s step stools

Returns & Exchanges Process

  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship the Item: Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  5. Receive Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped out as soon as possible.

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
